It's looks like a loft. It smells like a loft. It probably tastes like a loft (though we don't recommend trying). But it's not a loft! Well, actually it is part loft, part flirty and stylish urban lifestyle boutique. Loft. 22 is the newest downtown hub for fashionable women's clothing and more. Whether you're in the market for jeans, sweaters, or even a holiday dress, you're sure to find it at the Loft. While you're in there, you might get distracted from your own fashion emergency, to notice the fabulous home décor and gift items sprinkled around the store. The Antik jeans and Scrapbook top will still be there when you're done perusing the modern accent pillows, note cards, and locally made jewelry.

Loft.22 is packed with lots of designers you've probably never heard of (Butterfly Dropout, Divine, Green Dragon), but that's what makes them so great. You'll be the only one around pairing that funky Fresh Karma top with those flattering Kasil Jeans. And if you happen to like wearing more notable brands, you'll be happy here too, with Tavernitti, Voom, French Connection and BCBG girls.

There's a pile of heels available near the dressing room, to wear while trying things on (why didn't we think of that?!). They custom order certain fab bags upon request, like Tylie Malibu. And aside from the regular customer appreciation parties, they host an annual fundraiser, "Puttin' Pub Crawl".

Loft.22 might just be the best spot in Larimer Square. And it's definitely, by far, the hippest Loft downtown.
