Welcome to Dish Gourmet, where everything is made from scratch. Here, the Chef/owner, Brian Benham, roasts 2 whole turkeys each and every day. He also cooks his own roast beef, cures his own salmon and makes his own mozzarella. In fact, they cook (almost) everything themselves at Dish, from the homemade soups, green beans and asparagus, to the potato and pasta salads. All the chickens, turkeys, and pork products come from local Colorado farmers, while most of the organic veggies are from the local Farmer's Market.

This East Coast style sandwich shop offers meats by the pound as well as specialty grocery items, like Cowgirl Creamery cheeses and imported olive oil, from around the world.
