Influenced by the European bistros that cluster around art galleries, this unique joint is located right up the street from both the Denver Art Museum and the Civic Center.

Practically open 24 hrs (it's closed only from 2 am-7 am); you'll be pleasantly surprised, whether you're there for a coffee and muffin, a light lunch or a midnight snack - make that a beer. And there's even a vegan alternative to everything on the menu. All items are made from scratch, from the Cashew Ricotta to the Seitan Sausage covered Pizzas. Try the fresh made to order salads or the BBQ Tofu Wrap, made with North Carolina style BBQ rub on baked tofu, wrapped in coleslaw on a whole wheat tortilla.

The pastries come from sister establishment, WaterCourse Food Bakery, and they are delicious. No need to feel guilty about chowing down on the Sweet Potato cinnamon rolls or the German Chocolate Cake. All pastries are 100% vegan, made with non-saturated fats and no refined sugars or flours. And if you're still feeling shameful, (go get help!) and just order the gluten free pastries instead.
